TOMS OFFROAD Exclusive Ultraflex 66-76 Ford Bronco Fender Flares. These early Bronco flares are made of ultra strong yet flexible urethane material. Our fender flares bend but don't break. Unlike other flexible fender flares available for the Early Bronco, these flares offer a very nice smooth finish and form fit right to the contours of the classic Broncos to provide a smooth transitional look where the Bronco's fenders meet the flares. The Ultraflex technology prevents our early Bronco fender flares from cracking or breaking like standard fiberglass or urethane Bronco flares. Comes with self tapping sheetmetal screws and welting for installation.
NOTE: The finish on these flares is not designed to be the final finish on the flares. You should strip and coat these flares if you are looking for a nice painted finish. Will require cutting/modification to install on 1977 Broncos due to fuel door clearance issues.
To install flares on an Early Bronco, the rear factory quarter panel must be cut and the front fenders will at least need to be trimmed.

Nice set of flares, my only issue is the supplied screws are barely long enough. If you have the slightest amount of body filler you will need longer screws. You can tighten them way down but you end up distorting the flare. Also the bottom screw on each flare diffinetly needs longer screws to get more than just a one thread bite.
