66-77 Ford Bronco cowl induction fiberglass hood. This early Bronco fiberglass hood features a long center hood scoop that rises as it progresses back from the front of the Bronco. The vent holes in the rear of this fiberglass cowl induction hood for classic Ford Broncos can be cut out to create the cowl air induction effect.
This cowl induction fiberglass hood is available in a premium or deluxe option.
The Premium Fiberglass Bronco Hood features a full reinforced inner liner for an ultra clean look and exceptional strength. It features an aluminum inset in the hood hinge area, hood latch area and cross bracing toward the outer edge. Because of this aluminum inset, you will need to drill and tap for mounting the hood hinges, hood safety latch, hood striker post and hood prop brackets.
The Deluxe Fiberglass Bronco Hood is a lightweight option that features more minimal inner bracing. Due to the lack of inner liner through the middle of our deluxe hoods, this can often be a good option in engine/air cleaner applications where clearance is at a premium. Hood hinges, hood safety latch, hood striker post can be installed using pass through bolts and nuts. Hydraulic hood support prop rods will require glued metal straps to mount.
