After 30 days, a $50 processing charge will be assessed toward canceled reservations. This reservation hold will be applied toward the total purchase price of your rolling chassis. The remainder of the purchase price will be collected directly by VIVA Chassis. All requested quotes for upgrades will be quoted directly by VIVA Chassis.

The TOMS OFFROAD Signature Rolling Chassis, expertly crafted by VIVA Chassis. This premium rolling chassis is designed exclusively for the 1966-77 Ford Bronco, offering a seamless blend of classic aesthetics and modern performance.

At the heart of this chassis is a new high-performance 302ci V8 engine, paired with your choice of an AX15 5-speed manual or an optional 4R70W automatic transmission with overdrive, ensuring robust power and smooth handling. The chassis is equipped with TOMS OFFROAD's precision-engineered 3.75 turn ratio power steering kit and a Holley Sniper EFI conversion, complemented by a 23-gallon EFI fuel tank for enhanced fuel efficiency and reliability.

Further elevating its performance are the TOMS OFFROAD stainless steel long tube headers and a customizable 2.5” suspension lift kit, with options to upgrade to 3.5” or 5.5” for superior off-road capability. The chassis features a 44 Mag Front Dana 44 differential with disc brakes and a fabricated Ford 9” rear differential with disc brakes, offering unmatched durability and control.

Note: Every VIVA Chassis system comes with a custom VIN tag designed to be mounted to the frame. Provide your VIN for the chassis and we can have it stamped to the tag for you. Or we will send the tag with build number stamped and you can add the VIN on your end. Everything in these chassis builds are rebuilt or new. Most bolts are grade 8. One year parts warranty on all components (no credit for warranty labor without prior approval).
