Installing the Standard 4 Point Interior Bar for 66-77 Ford Bronco

Bring main bar in from the rear of the Bronco, feet first and sockets down. Stand up with feet against fender well.

Drill one 3/8″ hole in each foot through floor and secure with 3/8″ x 1″ bolt, fender washer, lock washer and nut.

Push socket over side bar as far as possible and drill 3/8″ hole in sockets thru side bar and secure with 3/8″ x 2 ½” bolt.

Drill remaining holes in feet and secure. drill 5/16″ holes in side tabs thru body flange and secure with 5/16″ x 1″ bolts, washers and nuts.

On vehicles with interior side trim, remove screws at front edge of panel for access to installing washers and nuts on side tab bolts.

Install bar under carpet floor mat.

Be sure to secure all bolts.
