Black Shorty Headers, w/ Mounting Hardware (fits 289, 302, 351W)

Bolt-on horsepower and torque with these short-tube headers. These headers are designed to fit 66-77 Broncos with 289/302 motors with ample clearance for most modified suspensions. They are engineered to make strong power and torque throughout the RPM range with smooth mandrel-bent 1-1/2 inch primaries and 2.5 inch collectors. Each header is manufactured with heavy-duty features like extra-thick 3/8 inch laser cut flanges to guard against warping and heavy-wall 16 ga tubing for maximum durability. They are finished in a durable high-temp black paint. This header system includes high quality hardware, premium laminated metal core gaskets and heavy duty ball and socket flanges for a leak proof installation. Also includes O2 Ports in Collectors for EFI conversion.
NOTE: Under high heat, the paint on these headers will start to burn off. DO NOT use headers to break in a new engine. Use of 13/16 inch spark plugs may require grinding of headers for socket clearance.
