TOMS X PSC Steering Box Kit with Ram Assist

TOMS OFFROAD is proud to the present the absolute best Steering Gear/Ram Assist assembly to the Early Bronco Market! This kit utilizes our BRAND NEW (not rebuilt or remanufactured) 3.75:1 Close Ratio Steering Box that has been ported to work with the included PSC Ram Cylinder! The box is a complete bolt on process, while the Ram Assist will require minimal welding to the axle housing and steering drag link.

Kit includes:

• PSC Ram Cylinder specs: Single Ended Steering Cylinder, 1.5" Bore x 7.5" Stroke x 0.625 Rod, (Includes Mounting Tabs, Rod Ends, and Hardware.)


• PSC Pump Specs: High Performance power steering pump, P type W/ remote fill reservoir,  -12AN feed. Comes with pump belt and standard v-style pulley


• PSC remote reservoir specs: Manufactured from 6061T6 Aluminum and precision TIG welded for strength and reliability. An internal 35 micron filter cartridge virtually eliminates fluid cavitation which is the leading cause of excessive pump noise and fluid overheating and helps prevent loss of pressure in the system and catastrophic damage to the pump. 


• TOMS OFFROAD/PSC Power Steering Box: Brand new 3.75 Close Ratio Steering Box.  The PSC x TOMS OFFROAD steering gear box has factory correct steering input & output shafts making it a bolt in application. Each assembly is pressure flow tested by PSC to ensure proper quality and function.
