66-77 Ford Bronco Fold and Tumble Rear Seat Installation

• Remove Bronco’s rear seat mounting bolt from the floor.
• Remove the following parts from the package:
  • Bracket support seat LH
  • Bracket support seat RH
  • Bushing
  • E clip
  • Striker B
• Install the bushing through the bracket hole.
• Put the bracket through the shaft pin, followed by clipping the e-clip as shown in the diagram.

How to Install the 66-77 Early Ford Bronco Fold and Tumble Rear Seat

If rear seat belt holes are not there, situate the seats to your preference and mark holes to drill. Make sure not to drill into the rear fuel tank.

Mount the safety latch bracket to existing rear center seat belt holes using the following instructions.

Installing 66-77 Early Ford Bronco Fold & Tumble Rear Seat Lock

1. Remove the seat belt anchor bolt from the floor.
2. Position the lock underneath the seat belt and eyelets as shown.
3. Reinstall the seat belt anchor bolt through the seat belt eyelets and seat lock. (Do not tighten yet).
4. Align the seat lock with the striker properly so the seat will lock when it is pushed down into position.
5. Tighten the seat belt anchor bolts. With the seat situated square in the safety latch bracket, mark front bracket holes with a felt-tip pen, center-punch marks, and drill holes. Make sure not to drill into anything important. Use bolts, lock washers, and nuts provided to mount the front brackets.

Wear seat belts at all times.
