At TOMS OFFROAD, we strive to ship your orders the same day your order is received.

Most packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground service. Expedited shipping services are available.

Some large items and large orders will be shipped via truck freight.  For truck freight orders, you MUST check the pallet for damage upon receipt of the shipment and mark any damage on the driver’s delivery slip.  We ensure that all truck freight shipments leave our warehouse in good order. TOMS OFFROAD will not be held responsible for any shipping damage that is not marked on the delivery slip upon receipt of the shipment.

For international orders, please contact us for delivery times and freight charges. TOMS OFFROAD will ship to most countries.

RETURNS:  ALL packages must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery to confirm the order is correct, complete and free from damage or defects. If any parts are missing or damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us immediately to address the issue.

Return Policy

  1. Return Authorization

    • All returns require prior authorization from TOMS OFFROAD.

    • Returns for orders 90 days or older will only be accepted with manager approval.

  2. Condition of Returned Items

    • Items missing parts or pieces are not eligible for a refund.

    • Customers are responsible for properly packing the return to prevent damage during shipping.

    • If returned items are damaged (e.g., scratches, dings), a restocking fee of 10% or more will be applied based on the extent of the damage.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

    • As a courtesy, TOMS OFFROAD can provide a return shipping label at a discounted rate upon request.

  4. Applicability

    • These policies apply to items returned due to incorrect ordering or no longer being needed.

    • Defective or warranty-related returns are handled separately.

  5. Warranty Coverage

    • All new products come with a 1-year warranty.

    • Rebuilt products are covered by a 90-day warranty.

  6. Return of Partial Kit

    • You will receive a credit based on kit pricing, rather than full retail price of the individual item(s)

  7. Core Returns 

    • To receive full core credit all cores must be returned within 90 days of purchase.

DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

For defective or damaged products, please call (541-779-1339) to arrange for the return of the item. We will gladly send a return tag for items found to be defective. We will NOT accept collect shipping charges for ANY return items. Defective returned items may be replaced or refunded at full price upon confirmation of defect and at the discretion of TOOMS OFFROAD.

NO returns after 90 days without prior approval by TOMS OFFROAD.

TOMS OFFROAD DOES NOT under any circumstance reimburse for any labor costs incurred during installation, replacement or warranty of any item.
