  1.  Are children welcome at Walkabout Brewing during the Meet and Greet?
    • Yes, the Meet and Greet at Walkabout is a family-friendly event.
  2. How long does the McGrew Trail last?
    • While a mild trail with a few obstacles, the McGrew trail is a nearly continuous hill climb with many switchbacks, and it is rough. Time varies depending on the number of participants and the time it takes to overcome the 4×4 obstacles, but we will be breaking off the trail at the halfway point, with a goal of returning to Medford with enough time to get cleaned up for the Grand Opening Gala, no later than 4pm.
  3. What services are available at the O’Brien Country Store where we meet before the McGrew?
    • The Country Store has your general convenience store items, along with a deli, and restrooms available.
  4. Will there be food available during the Show and Shine?
    • Yes! There will be a selection of food available for purchase from 2-3 food truck vendors, along with our beverage vendors. And to cool off, there will be Kona Shaved Ice available for purchase as well. We will have plenty of ice-cold bottled waters on hand to help beat the heat.
  5. How does reserving a camp site work?
    • Discounted camp sites must be booked through our Eventbrite Event Registration. If you’re attending our Bronco event, but do not own a Bronco, you can still book camping when you select your other event tickets (i.e. General Admission, Meet and Greet, etc). After purchasing a camp site with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email informing you that you’ll receive your site number and check-in instructions via email the day before the event. Bring this email with you to the campground.
    • 2 camp sites can be reserved at the same time if you require more space. Additionally, if you’re coming in a group, email shelly@tomsoffroad.com or use the Eventbrite “Contact the Organizer” to request being placed together and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
  6. Is trailer parking available? When can we start staging to enter the event?
    • This year, 2023, there will be trailer parking available at the North end of the Fichtner-Mainwaring Park field. Those trailering will have their own entrance at the South end of the park on Holmes, but will not be allowed in earlier than 10am. You’ll go through registration, head back to trailer parking to unload, then you’ll merge into the Bronco line for Show and Shine parking.
    • The park is bordered by businesses and residential homes, and therefore early staging before 10am is not allowed. We can not block public right-out-way. Entry will begin promptly at 10am, so please plan on arriving between 10am and 11am.
    • There will be dedicated driving entry and exiting directions.  If you are planning to leave before the end of the day, please follow the driving directions on the provided map for everyone’s safety. We’d like to encourage everyone to stay until at least after the awards ceremony (4pm), especially to be included in the group photo!
  7.  Are the Show and Shine awards classed by Bronco generation?
    • No. At this time, all Bronco generations are classed together to win either Best in Show, Best Trail Bronco, Best Modified Bronco, and Best Stock Bronco. And the early Bronco that travels the farthest to the Rock and Roll wins the Dave and Sandy Loewen Longest Distance award!
