This power brake conversion kit for Early Ford Broncos installs with no fender modification required. The system now features our new billet master cylinder and provides strong, consistent braking performance. Unlike other “no-modify” systems that rely on undersized boosters, this kit uses a full-size 8-inch dual diaphragm booster, paired with our exclusive bracket that provides proper fender well clearance without cutting.

Note: Competing no-modify kits use a smaller booster to clear the fender, which reduces available vacuum and often leads to poor braking performance, especially on Broncos running larger tires. Our full-size booster, combined with the exclusive bracket design, maintains proper clearance while delivering improved braking response.

If your 1966 Bronco is equipped with a single reservoir master cylinder, we recommend the following additional components to ensure proper installation:

• #2626B - Adjustable Proportioning Valve (requires fitting change on brake lines)
• #2630 - Proportioning Valve Bracket
• #2626S - Brake Light Switch for Adjustable Proportioning Valve
• #2762 - Front Center Brake Hose (allows proper connection to junction block hard line)
• #2636S - Prop Valve to Front Center Hose Hard Line (requires fitting change for adjustable valve)
