New Venture 4500 COMPLETE Adapter Kit for 66-77 Ford Bronco to adapt the Ford small block and Dana 20 Transfer case to an NV4500 Manual 5-speed Transmission. This kit is designed to be used with a Dodge NV4500 transmission with gas input and either 23 or 29 spline output.

Technical Specs

The NV4500 to Dana 20 adapter plate has a 3-bolt pattern. Use the center bolt hole pattern for assembling to the back of the transmission. The adapter ring has a small countersunk dimple hole to show its orientation of 12 o'clock to the back of the transmission. This small dimple should be located over the large indexing hole on the transfer case for proper orientation. We suggest test fitting the adapter plate on the transmission to verify the orientation prior to installing it onto the Dana 20 transfer case. If using any hole pattern other than the middle pattern, you will run into yoke or shifter issues.
