TOMS OFFROAD is proud to offer the Vintage Air Gen V Air Conditioning Kit for your early Ford Bronco. This system combines air conditioning, heating, and dehumidified defrost into one compact, high-efficiency unit. The redesigned Gen V system delivers improved heating and cooling performance for superior comfort in all conditions.

You must supply your own v-belt. The kit reuses your factory defrost duct, or a new duct can be purchased separately. This A/C kit will require some modification to install in your early Bronco. Please refer to the installation video below for details on the key modifications needed.

Important Notes

• The compressor mounts in the location normally occupied by the upper radiator hose. You will need to reroute the hose over the compressor. We strongly recommend selecting one of our custom upper radiator hoses (silicone or rubber) in the options above, as the factory hose will not work.
• A protective sleeve should be installed where the hose rests against the compressor to prevent abrasion.
• The kit includes a new glove box insert that is shallower than the factory version to provide clearance. Custom glove boxes may require modification.
• You may need to trim the fan shroud to create clearance for the compressor.
• Installation on 351W engines may require additional modifications.
