Green (New Motor) = White (Old Wiring) -- Slow
Red (New Motor) = Red (Old Wiring -- Park Power
White (New Motor) = Black (Old Wiring) -- Park Circuit
Black (New Motor) = Not Applicable -- Ground (does not not attach to black wire in harness)
