Our rebuilt J-shift Dana 20 transfer cases for 73-77 Ford Broncos are built in-house by our highly qualified technicians. These transfer cases now come with a new adapter gear. This style of transfer case came factory on 73-77 Broncos but can be installed in 66-72 Ford Broncos as well.

CORE CHARGE: If you reside within the lower 48 states, we will include a free FedEx return label to get back your original core. Simply reuse the original box that the original transfer case was shipped in, place the provided shipping label on the box and drop it off at a local FedEx field office.

NOTE: As designed by Dana Spicer, many of the bolts on the factory transfer case go through the case into the inner cavity. We make every effort to seal these transfer cases fully. However, due to this flaw in the original design we are unable to guarantee that the transfer case will not weep when filled with oil.
