Hydroboost Brake Conversion Kit, 1966-77 Ford Bronco
The Early Bronco Hydroboost Brake Conversion Kit replaces a vacuum booster with a hydraulic unit powered by the power steering pump, making it the right solution for high-output builds where engine vacuum is too low to run a traditional booster reliably. It delivers consistent, strong brake assist regardless of cam profile or engine tune.
"After installing my Hydroboost, I noticed a dramatic increase in stopping power. I'm running a well-built 408W with a more radical cam, so the engine only produces around 12 lbs of vacuum. That low vacuum was causing issues with my vacuum booster, but the Hydroboost completely solved the problem."

6th Gen Bronco Car Cover, 2 and 4 Door
The 6th Gen Bronco Car Cover is custom-fit for both 2-door and 4-door 6th generation models, using a breathable, weather-resistant fabric built to handle moisture, UV exposure, salt air, and dust. It fits cleanly over the factory soft top, hard top, and modular top configurations.
"I love using the 6th Gen Bronco Car Cover for my new Bronco. I drive my Bronco year round and often take trips to the sand dunes and the coast. It's great being able to throw the cover on at night and wake up the next morning knowing the thick sea air hasn't soaked the interior. The cover gives me peace of mind and keeps everything protected."

Pertronix Ignitor Electronic Ignition, 1966-74 Ford Bronco V8
The Pertronix Ignitor Electronic Ignition for Early Bronco V8 replaces factory points with an all-in-one electronic system that fits entirely inside the factory distributor. It delivers twice the spark voltage, improving throttle response, fuel economy, and spark plug life with a clean, simple installation.
"My favorite upgrade has been my Pertronix Ignitor Electronic Ignition. The Ignitor replaces the factory points and troublesome factory electronic ignitions with a dependable all-in-one electronic ignition system. The kit delivers twice the voltage to the spark plugs, increasing horsepower, fuel economy, and spark plug life. The kit is extremely simple and fits entirely inside the factory distributor."

Deluxe Power Steering Conversion Kit, 1966-77 Ford Bronco
The Early Bronco Deluxe Power Steering Conversion Kit is a complete bolt-on system for 1966 to 1977 Ford Broncos. It includes all required hardware and brackets to convert from factory manual steering to a fully functional power-assisted setup, which makes a significant difference running larger tires or wheeling at low speeds.
"I'd have to say the best upgrade I ever did to my Early Bronco was adding the Deluxe Power Steering Conversion Kit. Since I drove my Bronco daily at the time and took it to different events, having power steering has been a complete game changer, especially out on the sand when the tires are aired down. Trying to turn larger tires with the factory manual steering was a nightmare at slow speeds, but the power steering changed the experience. In those conditions, it made steering effortless and so much more enjoyable."

4 Core Aluminum Triple Pass Radiator, 1966-77 Ford Bronco
The Early Bronco 4 Core Aluminum Triple Pass Radiator is built for high-output V8 builds and Broncos that see regular use at events or on the trail. The triple-pass design increases coolant dwell time for more efficient heat transfer, and the all-aluminum construction sheds meaningful weight over factory cast iron units.
"I'd have to say the best upgrade I ever did to my Early Bronco was adding a 4 Core Aluminum Triple Pass Radiator.

Heim Joint Steering Linkage, 1966-77 Ford Bronco
The Early Bronco Heim Joint Steering Linkage is a heavy-duty steering upgrade designed to eliminate play commonly found in worn factory linkage while improving steering precision and durability. Built with high-strength heim joints and robust components, it delivers more responsive handling on the road and the strength needed to withstand demanding off-road conditions.
"Installing the TOMS OFFROAD Heim Steering Kit has been one of the best upgrades I’ve made to my Early Bronco. Before the install, I had a ton of play in the factory linkage, but after switching to this kit, all that slop disappeared. The steering feels tight, responsive, and far more precise. Beyond the improved feel, the added strength has been a huge advantage. I’ve hit the linkage on rocks, stumps, and other obstacles, and it has performed flawlessly every time."
