Twin Stick Shift Rails for Dana 20 Transfer Case - 1966-77 Ford Bronco

These stainless steel twin stick shift rails replace the factory T-style shift rails in the Dana 20 transfer case to allow proper operation with a twin stick shifter. Designed exclusively for twin stick setups, these rails are not compatible with the factory single-handle shifter. When installed according to the supplied instructions, the shift rails eliminate the possibility of cross-shifting (incorrect high/low combinations), ensuring safe and reliable transfer case operation.

Although engineered for T-style Dana 20 cases, these rails can also be installed on a J-style Dana 20 when used with a T-style twin stick shifter. For J-style applications, one additional interlock pill is required. All components are manufactured in the USA to ensure precise fitment and long service life.

Assembly Includes

  • Stainless steel shift rails
  • External interlock device
  • Adjustable detent kit

A high-quality upgrade for anyone converting their Dana 20 transfer case to twin-stick control on Early Broncos.

Technical Specs

To install on a "T" type case you will need the two stock internal interlock pills To install on a "J" type case you will need one additional interlock pill NOTE: Replacement of the rails in a Dana 20 requires a complete tear-down of the transfer case, and is typically done during a rebuild.
