TOMS OFFROAD Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

The TOMS OFFROAD Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is a loyalty rewards program offered by TOM’S OFFROAD, INC. (“TOM’S OFFROAD”). Participation in the Program is subject to and conditioned upon each customer agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Program, which are available at tomsoffroad.com, and which are expressly incorporated herein by this reference (collectively, the “Terms”).


Each TOM’S OFFROAD customer who is eligible for and participates in the Program is hereinafter referred to as a “Member.” Each Member’s participation in the Program and the Terms form the agreement between such Member and TOM’S OFFROAD. TOM’S OFFROAD reserves the right to modify and change the Terms (including, without limitation, these Terms & Conditions) or to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.


Membership Eligibility

Membership in the Program is free and open to any TOM’S OFFROAD retail customers who who are 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in their state of residence (which is 19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years of age in Mississippi, and 18 years of age in all other states). Only one membership account is allowed per individual customer. Employees of TOM’S OFFROAD and their dependents are not eligible to participate in the Program.


Enrollment & Cancellation

Eligible retail customers may enroll in the Program by signing up in-person at TOM’S OFFROAD retail location at 2065 Lars Way, Medford, Oregon, or by signing up online at www.tomsoffroad.com, and must provide the required information to be enrolled in the Program and to become eligible to receive Points (hereinafter defined) and associated rewards.


Membership Points

Except as otherwise provided herein, while participating in the Program, Members will receive one (1) “Level Point” and one (1) “Point to Spend” for every $1.00 spent for regular and sale-priced purchases made (i) through TOM’S OFFROAD’s official website, (ii) over the phone through a member of TOM’S OFFROAD sales team, or (iii) at TOM’S OFFROAD retail location at 2065 Lars Way, Medford, Oregon. Purchases of TOM’S OFFROAD products from stores or other sellers other than those described in (i) – (iii) of the preceding sentence will not qualify for Level Points or for Points to Spend (sometimes collectively referred to herein as “Points”). Points earned by purchases of items which are thereafter returned for a refund will be proportionately deducted from such returning Member’s total Points.

In addition to earning Points for purchases, Members may, as expressly provided by TOM’S OFFROAD in TOM’S OFFROAD sole discretion, earn additional Points for certain interactions with TOM’S OFFROAD. These interactions potentially include, but are not limited to the following:


  • Placing orders
  • Annual birthday gift
  • Annual account anniversary
  • Sign up and profile completion
  • Review of a recent purchase
  • Social follow (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Participating in surveys or focus groups


Points from qualifying transactions will appear on a Member’s account within 48 hours of the qualifying purchase. If Points do not appear within the specified time frame, the Member may contact customer service at 541-779-1339. Program purchases, as reflected in TOM’S OFFROAD records, will be deemed correct and TOM’S OFFROAD reserves the right to determine the qualification for any transaction and to correct or modify the Points earned by any purchase based on TOM’S OFFROAD records and calculation of account information.


Points Expiration

Members can view their Point balances online at tomsoffroad.com.

UNLESS EXPRESSLY STATED OTHERWISE, UNUSED POINTS WILL EXPIRE ON THE LAST DAY OF THE 12TH MONTH AFTER THE MONTH THEY ARE EARNED, AT WHICH TIME THEY WILL BE VOIDED AND CANCELLED. For example, if a Member earned Points on March 1, 2025, any of such Points which are unused on March 1, 2026, will expire on March 1, 2026.


Additional Terms & Conditions Applicable to the Program

  • A customer may not join the Program (and become a “Member”) without providing an accurate name, age, email address, and phone number.
  • Program membership is only available to individuals and not to commercial accounts or businesses.
  • TOM’S OFFROAD is not responsible for lost or stolen Trail Points.
  • Each Member is liable for any taxes arising from their participation in the Program.
  • TOM’S OFFROAD reserves the right to limit total membership, change eligibility, terminate memberships, and void Points as necessary.
  • The Program will be governed by the laws of the state of Oregon.


Membership Rewards

Points to Spend may be redeemed only for qualifying items sold by TOM’S OFFROAD, as determined by TOM’S OFFROAD. Points may not be redeemed for purchases of gift cards or for cash.


Rewards Exclusions and Restrictions

  • Members will not receive Points for purchases made by gift card.
  • Customers will not receive Points for purchases made prior to their membership.
  • POINTS HAVE NO CASH VALUE AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED.


Limitation of Liability & Release

By enrolling in the Program, the Member agrees that TOM’S OFFROAD and its affiliates will have no liability for any direct or indirect damages related to participation in the Program.

By enrolling, the Member releases and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless TOM’S OFFROAD from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Program or redemption of rewards.
