Early Bronco H4, 7 inch LED headlight conversion kit with heavy duty headlight wiring harness. These 66-77 Ford Bronco LED headlights are DOT certified.
These classic style headlamps fit 1966-77 Ford Broncos as well as most other classic vehicles that utilize 7 inch round H4 headlights. The high quality die-cast aluminum housing in this kit holds up strong against the elements to prevent corrosion. These headlights include a pair of our 6000K bright white LED H4 conversion bulbs for maximum light output. These bulbs produce incredible light and the semi-hardened, crystal clear lens of these headlight bulb housings and mirror reflective finish do their part to make these headlights some of the best early Bronco headlights around.
This classic Ford Bronco LED headlight conversion kit also includes our heavy duty headlight wiring harness. This harness connects to the factory wiring harness and includes two fuse relays to help protect the headlights and ensure stability. This headlight wiring harness also includes a diode that when installed allows the high and low beams of your headlamps to run at the same time when the brights are engaged. The end result is an incredible amount of light output from these LED Bronco headlights when you need it most.

Great experience with my first TBP order. Quick complete order. The wiring and headlight assemblies were easy installs and the new lights are a huge improvement. Much safer to drive at night.

Best headlight conversion for the money. I like the old school look in the daytime and nice bright leds at night. Most of the more expensive led headlights have a very different design compared to the original glass lenses, while these look slightly different, more of a “new style original”look.

Best headlight conversion for the money. I like the old school look in the daytime and nice bright leds at night.
