Ceramic Coated Steel Shorty Headers, 1966-77 Ford Bronco

Bolt-on horsepower and torque with these short-tube headers. These headers are designed to fit 1966-77 Broncos with 289/302 engines, offering ample clearance for most modified suspensions. They are engineered to deliver strong power and torque throughout the RPM range, featuring smooth mandrel-bent 1-1/2 inch primaries and 2-1/2 inch collectors. Each header is manufactured with heavy-duty features, such as extra-thick 3/8 inch laser-cut flanges to prevent warping and heavy-wall 16 gauge tubing for maximum durability.

This header system includes high-quality hardware, premium laminated metal core gaskets, and heavy-duty ball and socket flanges for a leak-proof installation. It also includes O2 Ports in the collectors for EFI conversion.

Ceramic coated for extra long-lasting durability and to help maintain finish. Under high heat, these headers may discolor, but the discoloration will be much less than non-coated headers. DO NOT use headers to break in a new engine. Use of 13/16 inch spark plugs may require grinding of headers for socket clearance.
