Black Ceramic Custom Coyote Headers - 1966-77 Ford Bronco

These custom black ceramic headers are engineered specifically for the Coyote 5.0L V8 engine swap in 1966-77 Ford Broncos equipped with the 6R80 or 10R80 automatic transmission. Thanks to their slim-profile design, they have also been successfully used in a wide variety of other Coyote swap applications, including classic Mercurys and OBS Ford trucks.

Each set features a durable black ceramic coating for improved heat management and a clean, modern appearance. Header gaskets and mounting nuts are included for a complete installation. This is a TOMS OFFROAD exclusive part designed to deliver proper fit, performance, and clearance during your Coyote engine conversion.

Notes

  • Compatible with Gen 4 Coyote engines when using the C6515-CL Gen 4 Coyote 5.0L/5.2L Driver Header Adapter Clamp Flange (only one clamp flange required).
  • Installation with a hydraulic clutch system may present interference issues.

Technical Specs

These were designed to be run with the 6R80 Automatic Transmission. If running a different transmission, the headers/tranny may need modification for proper clearances.
