Door Hinge Shim Kit - 4 Hinges (Does one Bronco)

New Complete Door Hinge Shim Kit for 66-77 Ford Broncos. ENOUGH FOR 4 HINGES. This kit includes 4 x 1/16 inch Door Hinge Shims and 8 x 1/32 inch Thick Door Shims for adjusting the alignment of your doors with the front fender and rear quarter panel. These shims can be placed between the door hinge and the front door post backing plate in order to push the door back toward the rear quarter. They can also be placed between the door hinge and the inside of the door to push the door forward toward the front fender. Ford never used these door shims for alignment, but with the Broncos being several decades old and the presence of many aftermarket replacement parts, it can be necessary many times to slightly adjust the door placement for proper fitment.
