Fiberglass Half Cab Top - 1966-77 Ford Bronco
This new Fiberglass Half Cab Roof is an excellent reproduction of the original factory steel half cab used on 1966-1977 Ford Broncos. Designed to deliver classic styling with modern materials, this half cab features a full inner liner that provides a clean interior finish while helping to reduce road noise.
Built with a full driprail just like the original Bronco half cab, this fiberglass roof maintains factory-correct appearance while offering the corrosion resistance and lighter weight benefits of fiberglass construction. Glass and gaskets are not included.
Important: This half cab ships gel-coated and will require sanding and minor filling prior to paint. This item must ship via truck freight.
Installation Notes
- Requires drilling and tapping for mounting bolts at the windshield frame and bulkhead
- Upper door seals require modification: rear lip must be removed and seals adhered to outer edge of half cab lip
- Inner liner interferes with factory wiper motor when using a stock bracket
- Fiberglass must be notched to allow proper fitment of factory wiper motor bracket
- Test fit and fully mount prior to paint
