Made from 18 gauge stainless steel, this laser cut plate mounts to the rear of the core support in line with the hood safety latch strike zone. The guard protrudes down from the core support and prevents the hooked end of the hood safety latch from contacting the A/C condenser.

This is a simple and effective way to protect your condenser during normal hood operation. Installation is quick using self tapping screws or the provided rivets. Install the 6325C-GP during A/C installation to prevent damage before it happens. Comes powder coated black.
