The 3790K Automatic Shift Collar Plunger kit are the components that return the automatic shift handle into the lockout plate when the handle is released. The plunger and spring components push the tip of the automatic shift handle into the 3770 Automatic Shift column lockout plate. The combination of these parts provide the locking safety feature to keep the transmission locked in Park, among others. The 3790 Automatic Shift Collar does not come with these components.
