Edelbrock AVS2 Off-Road 650 CFM Electric Choke Carburetor #1916
The Edelbrock AVS2 Off-Road Carburetor #1916 is a 650 CFM electric choke carburetor engineered for improved drivability and fuel control in off-road applications. Its Annular Flow Booster technology uses eight evenly spaced fuel orifices to provide a more uniform fuel spray, improving throttle response and helping eliminate flat spots throughout the low- to mid-RPM range without sacrificing top-end performance.
Designed to maintain better fuel control over rough terrain, the AVS2 Off-Road features a spring-loaded needle and seat along with a spring-loaded anti-syphon ball in the accelerator pump circuit to help prevent unwanted fuel drip. Easily accessible metering rods, springs, and the Qwik-Tune Secondary Air Valve provide straightforward calibration, while the two-piece carburetor design allows float adjustments and internal component service without removing the carburetor from the engine.
