GM Type II Power Steering Pump for Coyote Front Drive Assembly
This GM Type II style aluminum power steering pump is designed for use with Coyote front drive assemblies and applications requiring a remote-mounted reservoir. Commonly referred to as a Type II or TC pump, it provides reliable hydraulic performance in a compact and lightweight package. The pump is supplied with a natural cast aluminum finish.
The pump features three mounting bosses with 5/16 inch threaded holes. If pass-through bolts are required by the mounting bracket, the bosses can be easily drilled to remove the remaining threads. This flexibility allows compatibility with a variety of bracket designs.
Equipped with a -6 AN pressure outlet and a -10 AN return fitting, this pump supports high-flow hydraulic systems and is well suited for performance steering applications. While intended for Coyote front drive systems, it can also be adapted for other applications with the correct pulley, mounting brackets, and remote reservoir.
