Billet Upper Control Arms, 2021+ Ford Bronco

The new 6G Upper Control Arms offer superior performance and durability. They feature approximately 10 degrees of ball joint correction compared to factory control arms, along with a pre-installed, high-articulation (87-degree) heavy-duty ball joint.

For a ride feel similar to original equipment, the arms utilize greaseless polyurethane bushings. These bushings are designed to ensure long life, easy and affordable servicing, and noise-free operation.

Each arm is meticulously crafted from a single piece of 6061 T6 Aluminum and finished with an anodized black coating.

These upper control arms effectively resolve alignment issues commonly associated with lifts ranging from 1 to 4 inches, with optimal performance at a 2.5-3 inch lift height. Both caster and camber are precisely corrected. While some manufacturers incorporate threaded heims for additional caster and camber adjustments, our arms are alignment-corrected for their designated lift range, making factory adjustments adequate to bring the front end alignment within spec. In this application, more adjustability isn't better; it simply introduces additional potential failure points.

A key design advantage of this non-adjustable upper control arm is the reduction of potential failure points. For the ultimate in reliability, strength and simplicity for the installer, we chose to not make these arms adjustable. Our bushing housings are seamlessly integrated into the arm itself. This design, combined with poly bushings, guarantees strength, simplified servicing, quiet operation, and extended bushing life.

Our billet upper control arms are a rebuildable unit. The upper control arms can use a factory-style ’21+ Bronco ball joint but come equipped with an upgraded HD high-angle joint. If replacement is ever needed, we recommend using a comparable upgraded ball joint sized for a factory upper control arm.
